TRPM8（瞬时受体电位 M 型通道 8）是一种冷敏感离子通道，主要表达于感觉神经元，可被低温（如 8–28°C）、薄荷醇及冰素等天然化合物激活。激活后允许钠、钙离子内流，产生动作电位，介导冷觉感受、冷痛及清凉感。此外，TRPM8 也参与调节炎症反应、膀胱功能及某些肿瘤（如前列腺癌）的增殖与迁移，是疼痛与温度感知的重要分子靶点。 |
